I did have a phone call with a lady in Austria who assured me same issue wouod not happen o return journey.
confirmed child car seats for our 2-year-old and 5-month-old. On both journeys, no car seats were provided — despite written confirmation. The drivers were completely indifferent and told us it would be “fine” for the children to travel unsecured for over an hour.
I complained after the first trip and was assured it was a one-off “technical error,” yet the exact same thing happened again on our return journey. The company’s response was dismissive, offering only a token refund of €25 and no real concern for child safety.
An appalling experience and a total disregard for passenger safety. Avoid this company.
