Beautiful scenery, poorly managed/horrible customer service.

点评：While the location is undeniably stunning and the ambiance promising, the service fell well below expectations. During our visit to the restaurant, service was extremely slow—dirty dishes remained on our table for an extended period despite multiple requests for them to be cleared. We had to go to the bar ourselves to order drinks, and despite the subpar experience, a mandatory gratuity was still applied.
When we raised concerns, the only explanation offered was that it was a busy day and we were asked to be more patient—without any accountability or effort to improve the situation. The food was decent, but unfortunately, the poor service overshadowed the entire experience.
Regrettably, I cannot recommend this venue. I would suggest exploring other options where both the setting and service meet expectations. 1 out of 10.
