点评：From the moment we arrived at Kimpton Mas Olas’ Restaurant Botanica, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism that made our evening unforgettable. The ambiance is breathtaking—lush, open, and beautifully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
Our waiter, Jose, was absolutely outstanding. He was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and made thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be perfect. Every detail, from the timing of each course to his kind demeanor, enhanced our experience.
A special shout-out to Manager Fernanda, who personally checked in to ensure everything was perfect. Her passion for hospitality shines through, and it’s clear she leads the team with heart and excellence. We felt genuinely cared for, which is rare and special.
The food? Simply phenomenal. Fresh, vibrant flavors, beautifully plated, and creatively crafted. You can tell every dish is made with care and top-quality ingredients.
