Spa at Llety Cynin的点评
点评：I booked a serene signature spa day for my daughter and my birthdays, costing £220. My daughter had a full body swedish massage (which she thoroughly enjoyed. I booked an aromotherapy full body massage which was disappointing, neither my hands, inner arms or decolletage were included, i wrote this on the feedback cards in the relaxation room.
It also states on the website that the serene signature spa day includes a '2 course lunch from the spa menu , including a dessert or cake'. When we went for lunch, we were told that we had £10 each towards lunch. There is no mention of this on the website.
I emailed the spa once home, explaining the massage was not as it should be, i also mentioned the 'lunch' and that it doesn't mention on the website the £10 towards lunch. I also said that these massages if booked on their own were cheaper, the full body swedish massage was £72 , and the full body aromatherapy massage was £80, if you combine these will the £11.60 each for the pool, hot tub or saina use it comes to £175.20, which is a lot cheaper than £220.
I received a response, the hands and decolletage is included in a full body aromatherapy massage but no reason why it was not included in mine, (i'm not on medication and have no health concerns)
Regarding the 2 course meal, i have been offered a refund on 2 desserts, but have not received it yet.
My last comments are on the facilities, the pool area, the hot tub and the ladies changing room, really need an update. It's all very old and tired. The door to the toilet in the ladies changing room has pieces broken off it at the bottom, when your paying a lot of money , you expect better.

至于两道菜的套餐，酒店已同意退还两份甜点的费用，但我尚未收到退款。
最后我想谈谈各项设施：泳池区、热水浴缸以及女更衣室。真的需要翻新了。一切都显得非常陈旧且破旧。女更衣室里卫生间的门底部有好几块都已经破损了。花了很多钱之后，你自然会期待更好的体验。
我不推荐这里。
