A dreadful brunch experience

点评：Looked nice when we first arrived. There was a party in, and we saw lovely platters of food coming out for them, including a massive tray of bagels with piles of smoked salmon.
5 of us went for brunch. My full breakfast (requested gluten free) arrived without toast or sausage. Was eventually told that there were no GF sausages, so I just had to have a normal one. Which was fine. After a few minutes my GF toast arrived, but the rest of the food was cold so I had cold fried eggs on toast. Lovely.
Next person ordered veggie breakfast. OK, but toast was late.
Next person ordered eggs royale, because she really fancied the smoked salmon that comes with it. 10 minutes after ordering, when other dishes had already started to arrive, she was told that there's no smoked salmon! We pointed out that the birthday party had piles of it, which had been walked past our table! "Oh, sorry about that." So she just asked for some bread and jam. The bread was half frozen when it arrived.
Next person ordered a sausage bap and hash browns. Bap was nice but hash browns never arrived.
5th person ordered veggie breakfast. Again, the sausage and toast weren't on the plate and came a few minutes later.
Staff knew how unhappy we were, and did nothing to make amends. They didn't even take the service charge off the bill! (When we complained yet again, they did offer a discount).
We have a family birthday party coming up soon. Were were thinking of booking this place. Now you've lost our business, and we'll probably never return. Anyone who wants a nice hassle-free peaceful brunch should go elsewhere. There are plenty of better options.
