点评：My husband and I had a class with Pin, just the 2 of us, and loved it. Pin personally picked us up from our hotel which took less than 10 mins to get to the cookery school. When we arrived she went through all the ingredients we'd be using for the 6 dishes we'd chosen to create. Pin speaks great English, and she explained everything clearly and we were free to ask questions at any point.
We started off prepping all the ingredients for all the dishes first, making it extremely organised for the cooking procedure. Once we began the actual cooking, it was fast, easier than expected, and we were encouraged to continuously taste test along the way to make the dishes personal to our own individual taste...sweet/sour/spicy etc.
Once we'd finished cooking the 5 savoury dishes, Pin sat us down to eat all of our efforts...everything was so delicious and fresh. So so much food....TIP: Do not eat before coming, we were so full afterwards 😊
We then finished off the class by Pin showing us how to make traditional Mango Sticky Rice 🤤 OMG it was amazing!!
We enjoyed everything about this class, and can highly recommend choosing Pin and learning her culinary skills.
