点评：I’m not ashamed of my pun title, because we had such a wonderful Otter experience!
I was gifted this as a birthday present, it was super easy to book, and very clear from reception where and when I needed to be. Being December the road traffic of people at the zoo was quiet and honestly quite nice for a introvert like myself. The animals tucked up hiding, keeping warm, the indoor nocturnal enclosure with the free flying bats was incredible!
Liz was absolutely wonderful guiding me how to feed the Otters properly, telling me how and why we were doing what we were doing. The Otters themselves, too adorable to describe! And eager to have some food 🦦
Not only did Liz make me feel confident and safe on how to feed them, but it was also such a pleasure to learn all about them from Liz, the awareness of the problems in the world for Asian Short Claws and also answer allllll of my questions. I couldn’t recommend more!! I left grinning ear to ear ⭐️
