Poor customer service, sweets sticky, wouldn't return.

点评：Asked a question about the fudge and if it was traditional or made with condensed milk and the person behind the till didn't know. Anywhere else I've been and asked a simular question the person would then normally have a look and see if they could find out for you - but they didn't, they just stood there 🤷
We asked about the Taffy as hadn't heard about it before and got a short answer that didn't really answer anything, other than he liked them! We liked the sound of the flavours, so picked a few only to then find they were melting, sticky and the wrappers had bits of goodness knows what stuck to them where previous people had picked them up and put back - clearly not being stored correctly 🤦. After finding a few good ones to try he then proceed to say we had to have a minimum of 100g even though we just wanted to try them - no signage saying minimum quantity or price of.
Came away feeling less than satisfied with the service and the sweets weren't overly fantastic either. £2.50/100g for Nibbles is extortionate!
Been in smaller shops and had a far greater selection. Real shame as I love buying from sweet shops like this as they bring back childhood memories.
