点评:I had a really bad experience with INZOZI tour in a visit to Kigali in July 2023 which was followed by a very disrespectful behaviour and total lack of honesty.
I booked and paid to do a safari at the Akagera National Parks on Sat 22 July. First, the driver was 45 min late from the time he asked me to be ready at the reception of the hotel - I waited from 4:30am to 5:15am.
Then, when we were still in Kigali on our way to getting guests from different hotels, our car was involved in a car accident - it was not the fault of our driver. But after that, not only we were incredibly late for the tour, but I also felt very uncomfortable to continue.
We asked Gasigwa Theogene (Theo - the guide and owner of INZOZI) if it was possible to find another car and he first said yes. Just to follow with the information that the driver he contacted was lying to him and he couldn’t offer us another car.
So, both me and another lady in the group - who didn’t feel comfortable to continue - asked them to leave us in our hotels - which they did.
Theo promised to call us when he was back to arrange the refund. After days of chasing, he finally promised to refund only half of the value we paid - not leaving any room for negotiation.
One month later, after dozens of messages promising to make the refund, asking for bank details etc., I haven’t received the refund. At the end Theo was ghosting us, not even replying to messages anymore.
It really saddens me to have to leave such a bad review, as Theo and his agency were highly recommended, and I can see that many other guests had good experiences.
I was expecting the same! But based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend INZOZI.
