Terrible experience.
Spa at Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel的点评
点评：Stayed at this hotel at the weekend as part of a large group.
Apparently they had another group and a wedding party that night. The restaurant was full and they had 2 waitresses serving so rushed off their feet they didn't know if they were coming or going.
There was always a queue at the bar because the one chap serving there was on his own. At one point the bar was unmanned when he went to the kitchen to get a couple of burgers. The food was average at best. Our group was all arranged and pre booked as a group but some of our group had to pay for the meal but most didn't have to pay for the meal, I am not sure how that works. We were led to believe that most of staff and equipment was sent to the wedding party leaving the rest of the guests badly catered for. Crockery and glasses were constantly coming out dirty, then they run out of glasses. Our room was tired and in need of some serious TLC. The woodwork on the outside was rotting away. There no apparent form of management hence it all just appeared to be chaotic. Breakfast the following morning was better staffed, but the food quality was still poor.
