Disappointing to say the least
Spa at Mercure Warwickshire Walton Hall Hotel的点评
点评：This hotel is out in the middle of no where with extensive beautiful grounds. The building is incredible but as a hotel it was not enjoyable .
We had real trouble finding our way around the hotel to find our room the numbering and signage is a nightmare. What this also meant is some people missed the deadline to order an evening meal
We were not informed we had to book a table for our evening meal so we were not able to eat in there. At 845 also told the bar had stopped serving but they made an exception when we expressed concern we had no where else to go. Then we were told they had run out of fish & chips & Sauvignon Blanc, so we had a dry starter , basic pizza and beer
When we arrived a women was complaining to reception but instead of taking this to one side we checked in listening to all her issues
The hotel had clearly taken too many bookings and the staff were overwhelmed . It was dirty as they had no time to clean up , wasps everywhere , mismatched furniture , tired looking , could feel the springs in the mattress , so many people complaining it was disappointing
