点评:We stayed here for one night. It is run by an indian firm now. Hence, many of the restaurant staff are indian and a lot of the menu has an indian flair to it. We were able to park easily and free during our stay. The hotel reception is located in an annexe building, which houses the restaurant and bar. We were allocated a double room in the Orchards annexe, which reminded me of student campus accommodation with different blocks. There was no lift in the building, so we had to carry our bags up a couple of flights of stairs. The key is a code issued at checkin that you enter on the door lock. When checking in, the guy thought we were staying for 2 nights, not 1. We had to reserve dinner time, we were 20 minutes late for our slot and were told off and put on a naughty table, which was wobbly with no cutlery. After 90 minutes we were served our main course, the restaurant was chaotic with desserts and starters being taken to the wrong table. Our steak wasn't very warm and asked for it to be warmed up, but a fresh one was cooked. The staff are nice but were stressed out. The manager of the restaurant seemed to be mire interested in serving his girkfriend champagne, who was dining there than dealing with the chaos.
