点评：I was treated to a spa day and afternoon tea what an experience!
The spa needed complete renovation everything was worn and looked dirty, unfortunately I didn’t take pics in the spa. We were then seated for afternoon tea the sun was shining and the glasses in the table were not clean. We chose coffee for our drinks they were awful can only describe them as water with a hint of coffee they must of been out of a machine we couldn’t drink them so asked for tea. The sandwiches were so basic fingers of plain cheese plain ham plain egg mayonnaise and plain tuna. There were 3 cakes cut in half and 2 scones it was shocking probably the worst afternoon tea I’ve ever been served. There was nothing about this experience just embarrassing that a hotel could serve such food. The waiter was friendly but everything else was terrible. The grounds could be stunning but everything has been ran down and not maintained what a waste of such a beautiful place.

水疗中心需要彻底翻新，所有东西都破旧不堪，看起来很脏，可惜我没在水疗中心拍照。之后我们入座享用下午茶，阳光明媚，但桌上的杯子都不干净。我们点了咖啡，味道糟透了，简直就是加了点咖啡味的水，肯定是从机器里倒出来的，根本喝不下去，只好换成茶。三明治也极其普通，只有几根简单的奶酪条、几根简单的火腿条、几根简单的鸡蛋条、几根简单的蛋黄酱条和几根简单的金枪鱼条。还有三块切成两半的蛋糕和两个司康饼，简直令人震惊，可能是我吃过最差的下午茶了。这次体验简直糟糕透顶，一家酒店居然能提供这样的食物，真是令人尴尬。服务员倒是挺友好的，但其他一切都糟透了。酒店的庭院本来可以很美，但现在却破败不堪，无人维护，这么漂亮的地方真是浪费了。
