点评:WOW! this was a surprise in a small town in the Adelaide Hills. Impressive buildings holds an even more impressive display. On entry is a reconstructed, rescued garage from Adelaide City - even with the pressed tin ceilings. The cars are presented to showroom display standard and just gleam. There are interesting videos to watch, eg. Tom Kruse, the Birdsville Mailmail. Great displays like the holden production line suspended from the ceiling. A whole section devoted to Holdens, then the older car pavillion, a motor bike pavillion, an old 1920s garage, access to the lower level of the old mill. Well done to the State Government for purchasing this facility and maintaining to the high standard it is. Leave a minimum of an hour to see this. The coffee shop across the road is well worth the visit before/after. Delicious toasted sandwiches and hot drinks in an old house.
