点评:I want to lodge a review about what happened when I presented my ticket to the Peroni lounge, Saturday, 27/05/23. I was treated appallingly by CATS staff member Megan when I presented my ticket.
Megan was extremely rude and kept denying me entry, even when I showered he my valid ticket and I explained that the ticket was at a discount rate due to my membership.
I suspect that she was an extremely racist person and kept repeating that the “Peroni lounge is an expansive venue”. I told her that this was my 5th time to the Peroni lounge and I knew it was expensive, but she kept treating me like I was lying.
Only at the end of our conversation did Megan suggest we go to the Membership team, who sorted the issue very quickly and gave us our correct tickets, which was entry to the Peroni lounge.
Megan’s attitude was extemly rude and that if she was unsure about out ticket type she should have told us to contact membership ASAP and not treatus like we are lying and trying to sneak into the Peroni lounge.
Complaint has been passed on to Geelong Cats Membership team, who did not take my complaint seriously and replied that
“Megan is mature and well experienced having worked that space several times before. When presented with this situation upon entry, Megan has acted thoroughly and as directed to investigate on the spot validity of entry as much as she can and then escalate to our Membership Operations Team at Gate 13. This all took place.”
Not impressed.
