Ramen With Pork Belly? Yes, Please!!

点评：Enjoyable experience here recently. The space is impressive and the food was outstanding. Three of us had the Ramen and all would get it again.
The members of our party who had mixed drinks all raved about them. I’m a beer guy and they had a nice selection on tap. They use the “bottoms up” tap system which fills the beer from the bottom of the glass. Cool to see if you haven’t before.
The owners were visible throughout the night and readily engaged with the patrons.
So why only 4 stars you ask?
With high ceiling and industrial floors, this place is loud when busy. As an old guy, I struggled to hear the conversation at our table. Detracted slightly from the overall experience. However, I’d go back in a heartbeat and look forward to doing so in future visits east.
