点评:Today I made use of suppershuttle and my shuttle driver dropped me near 81 Waimairi Road instead of the address I requested (2 homestead Lane).
I kindly explained the driver that Waimairi road was not the entrance to my address, as the road is split in two by the construction site, and that he had to get into Homestead through Ilam road. The driver argued that he was not doing so, that “this is your place” and that he was unable to turn around in Homestead Lane.
So here I was, basically forced to walk 300 metres to get to my original destination, at almost 1 AM after having my flight delayed for almost two hours and being more than 4 in the airport. Having my flight delayed was the reason I made use of your services because there was no public bus at 12 midnight and payed 31 NZD to be dropped at an incorrect address.
I wanted to express that I am extremely disappointed by this event and the bad quality of the service received. I will not be using this company ever again and would advice everyone to steer clear from them.
