We were so relaxed but Left in a bad mood ! Customer service attitude

点评：We LOVED THE lunch and the treatments! The ladies are very good at their craft!
However the experience was deceiving because it was supposed to be 3 hours of treatments, it was total 2 hours (230-430). And there’s 2 glasses of wine included . The four of us asked to substitute sparkling wine for the white wine, and the waiter didn’t tell us that was extra charge of $8 per glass! We didn’t even drink the “included” wine. So at the end we had to pay additional. The manager at the end didn’t believe us and said the waiter made it clear that it was extra charge. We paid it but the whole experience was ruined by her attitude at the end.
So, therefore I’m unfortunately giving this spa 2 stars for bad customer service! Why nickel and dime us after we spent $312 per person PLUS $30 tip per therapist. (total $1200+!) makes zero sense and I warn others planning to do this experience.
