点评:We got the bus from outside the Globales Gardenia hotel in Fuengirola. 1.20 euro each way. We found the market to be very busy and very hot- so I would recommend bringing water and wearing loose clothes.
The market is held every Tuesday and has everything you could imagine on sale. We purchased some lovely fajita style bowls to bring home and a china door number.
Some other guests can be quite pushy/shovey, so make sure you are wearing comfortable shoes and are steady on your feet.
We were concerned about pickpockets/thieves after reading some reviews, but I always felt safe here. I wore a cross body bag and was alert at all times, which may have helped. We saw local police officers walking around too, which made us feel very secure and safe.
Outside the market gates, there was a band of musicians playing steel metal drums, this was amazing live entertainment and very, very loud! Super cool to see in action.
I would recommend this market, but it was very busy when we arrived (12pm/midday), so I would advise getting there later in the day. You might get less time at the market before it shuts, but I think it would be less crowded and more enjoyable.
