Amazing staff, The worst management, so better elsewhere

点评：my friends and i were so excited. 2 of us were jumping while the my other friend was supporting us. Initially we went in and completed the paperwork and the training. All i can say is i think Billy should thank his lucky stars for his staff team. I jumped with Mark, completed the training with Lukasz. There was another 2 chaps also but i never caught their names. These guys were amazing. They had the best attitude, put us at ease and made the day the adventure we were hoping for. I was a nervous wreck but Mark was a fantastic support.
After the training we had hours of hanging around with no-one knowing what was going on, there was no communication. The way Billy gets away with speaking to people the way he does is beyond me. We were told we had the option of buying a video of the jump but this is only available for a certain number of people.
Also been to St Andrews which was seriously good
