点评：In case you don’t want to read my entire review, here are some tips for first time visitors: Go on a Tuesday or Wednesday when the rate is $55. Bring your own towel. They will provide one for an extra charge, but it’s thin and small. Don’t wash your hair beforehand because you will be taking a cleansing shower, including a hair wash, before entering the facility. To that end, if you are picky about shampoo, bring your own, although what was provided was not bad. Also, bring at least a comb and a brush if you want to dry your hair after (because you can wash it again in the rinse shower). I didn’t even have a comb to run through my wet hair. They have hairdryers in the changing room. Bring a plastic bag for your wet clothes if you don’t want to schlep them home in your car. Bring flip flops or something similar to wear if you don’t want to walk around barefoot between pools and on the wet floors inside. I wasn’t sure what to wear or if clothes were optional. Clothes are not optional. Wear a swimsuit, which is what most people wore. We spent a very enjoyable two hours in the hot springs. I don’t do saunas (living in Phoenix I get enough of that in the summer). The steam room was too steamy, hot and too scented with eucalyptus for me. I was looking forward to the relaxation room, but the tile beds are just too hard. A padded mat would have been nice as well as a pillow to support your head. Then I could have laid there for an hour. Judging from the empty relaxation room, maybe a lot of people have the same opinion. The hot tubs are lovely; my husband enjoyed the cold plunge. They provide a nice cucumber-mint water and lemon water. If you want your own water, you can bring it in a plastic bottle. The café looked nice, although we didn’t eat there.
