点评：There are certainly pros and cons to this place.
The price tag is really steep so l only go if I got a punch pass on sale.
The entrance staff are very friendly. The showers are often cold and unpleasant. The signage is alright, but the layout still takes some getting used to.
The steam room isn’t very steamy, with steam coming in short bursts after long intervals of nothing.
The layout is not very wheelchair friendly, and the long sloping walks between pools may be difficult for those with accessibility needs. The wheelchair-accessible pool is the furthest from the toilets.
The soak pots for sitting in during the summer have hair-trigger plastic plumbing setups that, once bumped, poor water onto the deck and not into the pot. Be careful!
The pools temperatures are perfect if it’s between 10C and -20C. Wear a toque if it’s cold and windy. There is little protection from the wind.
There are not drains in the change room stalls so the floors can get very wet. The change room used to have a bathing suit spinner/dryer, but that’s been removed.
Take an extra towel when it’s cold so you can use it between pools, and you need one if you want to use the warm granite rock beds. Don’t forget your own flip flops or crocs!
Expect to stay for 2-3 hours. The pools are quite shallow but the water is so relaxing. Pools do not have a sulphur smell!
You are not allowed to take your own photos but you can ask a staff member to take some for you.
