Cannot recommend - ill prepared, unprofessional and disappointing. Poor value

点评：Having experienced vineyard tours in France, Australia & UK, I found this "tour" to be ill prepared, unprofessional and disappointing.
Firstly, we received no joining information or instructions
On the afternoon of the (forecast) hottest days of 2025, (30*C in the shade). we were taken around the perimeter of the vines and stood for ages (fortunately in the shade) while the 'guide' talked mostly about himself and his business rather than interesting information on viniculture, we were shown one removed vine stem.
We then walked across to another corner of the vineyard where we stood around in full sun, were poured tepid wines into grubby glasses, and were then told by the guide what he could taste. Being too warm, the white and rose wines both tasted average, the sparkling white tasted acidic and was too sweet for our liking. The tasting experience did not inspire us to buy any wines, we considered them over priced too.
Suggestions, provide seating, shade and clean glassware. Walk your guests through the vines. Hold the tasting indoors and have a sommelier conduct the tasting. A vineyard tour should be educational for the attendees, not simply an opportunity for the vineyard to sell wine. And, perhaps the guide shouldn't admit to being 'half cut" from the previous tour
