Our experience at this resort was deeply disappointing and frustrating. We discovered bedbugs in our room, waking up with bites on our backs, faces, and arms. To make matters worse, there was no reception staff available at night to assist us, leaving us helpless and unable to rest.
Upon checking out, the management promised a refund for the two affected nights, stating it would be processed within three working days. However, the refund has yet to materialize.
Shockingly, the staff admitted to being aware of the bedbug issue beforehand but had only taken superficial measures, such as changing the mattress, instead of implementing proper extermination to resolve the problem thoroughly.
The aftermath of our stay was equally distressing. We spent hours treating our clothes and threw away our luggage to avoid bringing the infestation home. This unnecessary ordeal could have been avoided if basic hygiene and responsible management practices were in place.
The resort's failure to address a known issue reflects a serious lack of accountability. We strongly advise against staying here until they take meaningful steps to rectify their standards and ensure guest safety.
