点评：The Buradan Winery, established in 2010, produces mainly rosé wine (13.5% alcohol) from Grenache grapes and a light red wine (13% alcohol) from Tempranillo grapes in its vineyards located in Çeşme – Ovacık, six kilometres south of Çeşme centre. The first commercial production was in 2016; as of 2023, they produce approximately 4,500 litres annually (approx. 5,500 bottles of rosè and 500 red). Approximately 2,000 bottles of rosè are distributed in New York and Miami.
The winery is certified as organic, and they operate drip irrigation systems, with chateau-style (no grapes bought in from elsewhere) production and bottling surrounded by the vines. Buradan undertakes a social project, “Women in Wine”, with 80% of their employees being female and an annual wine scholarship for women. The scholarship includes six months in Italy practising viticulture, followed by two years in Türkiye, sharing their experience and education with other women.
