点评：I recently purchased a Cocker Spaniel puppy from this establishment and was not permitted to see the mother beforehand. Upon collection, the puppy appeared slightly underweight and, within 24 hours of being in my care, became seriously unwell.
When I returned the puppy, breeders were unprofessional, discourteous, and refused to provide a full refund. In addition, the business stated that they do not vaccinate their dogs which is a major concern for paravirus, which is a serious welfare concern.
The condition of the puppy and the conduct of this business have raised significant concerns regarding animal welfare and trading practices. As a result, I have reported the matter to Trading Standards, the RSPCA, and the local council for further investigation.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from or visiting this establishment. God only knows if people visiting this place catch any illnesses from these animals! I would not risk it!
