Old and New Bath Options - a nice short day trip from city center.

点评：Pay at the front and let them know that you want the new baths. These are in a modern building at the back of the older front complex. These were 15soles per person (about $4) for a private bath for 30 mins. The building also has a very nice "piscina" or swimming pool that was unfortunately closed for cleaning the Tuesday I was there. Keep in mind that once you get your room, you need to fill the bath which takes at least 10 minutes. It was not crowded at all and there was a jugeria (juice bar) that makes fresh juices from the locally available harvest I enjoyed a Mango-PassionFruit (maracuya) - Orange mix. I think I would have enjoyed more if I could have used the pool. The private bath was nice, but no views since it is a small private room. The older front pool was busy with locals but the water did not appear very clean to me so I opted not to use it. The cost of the taxi from plaza was 15 soles each way.
