点评：Lovely distillery in an old restored stable. Atmosphere is warm (with a fireplace) and inviting, a lovely mix of old and new. We were welcomed by the very nice lady behind the bar. We had a tasting tray and a Branded Bee Cocktail. The tasting tray is of the 4 gins they sell and their own tonic water. The lady brings out the tray of the gin in crystal glasses, an ice bucket and a can of tonic and explains how to try them (neat, with ice, add tonic). All the gins are very nice, using local flavours, as is the tonic and the cocktail was delicious. I don't like soda and the lady made the cocktail on lemonade. Because we got a tasting platter we got a discount on the gin. They also sell local honey and quandong gin jam. Flinders Gin is a very easy walk from the caravan park so no worries about drink and drive. Quorn is worth an overnight stay. We did the Heritage Town Walk, the Bush Tucker Walk and watched the Quorn Silo Light Show, all in walking distance from the caravan park. The bread from the Wood Fired Bakery is also very nice, but get in when they open (8.00am, but check the days).
