Unreliable tour operator cancelled on last minute

点评：Crocodile Bay is the worst our operator I have encountered in my entire life.
They were recommended by the concierge of their sister hotel that I am staying.
I managed to get my tours booked despite they ignoring my emails and providing late responses (sometimes more than 7 days). I should've seen the red flags but I relied on they being recommended and operate with Botanika Osa Peninsula
I paid for three tours that I booked a week prior arriving in Puerto Jimenez.
I checked into my hotel and signed the waivers for the tours the same day.
Their agent mentioned that Birdwatching tour may be cancelled due to I am the only person booking the tour, however night walk and sloth tours are guaranteed and won't cancel.
3 hours before the tour, they reached out on whataspp saying that tours are cancelled as there are no other participants. I flew 10 hours to get here, spent $$$$ and will be returning without having these tours thanks to them.
Please stay away booking tours from this company if you don't want to waste your energy, money and precious time.
