点评：Diving with Aquanauts was one of the best personal experiences my wife Margrit and I have had in more than 600 dives around the world. From the very first message, Lionel and the whole team showed exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine care.
Because I am handicapped and need some assistance with gearing up, stability underwater, and longer walking distances, I initially contacted Aquanauts with some real-life questions as we had a nasty experience before in another near-by dive-center. Lionel immediately reassured me that they would fully support us — and they absolutely delivered on every promise.
The team organized everything perfectly:
• they picked up our equipment directly from another dive center, the local leader,
• prepared our wetsuits,
• handled all gear setup, tank changes, rinsing and packing,
• and always made sure I felt comfortable, safe, and respected.
Underwater, Lionel was not only an excellent guide but also incredibly attentive, helping me maintain balance without ever making me feel limited. The dives at Inchcape – a wreck at 32 meters depth, Martini, Sharm Rock and the other sites were beautiful, but what made the experience truly outstanding was the warm hearted spirit of the whole Aquanauts team.
We were treated not just as customers, but as friends. On our last day, the entire staff came to say goodbye — something we will never forget.
Thank you, Lionel and the Aquanauts team, for your patience, support, humor, and compassion. You challenged yourselves to make our dives memorable, and you succeeded far beyond our expectations. We left with wonderful memories and hope to return soon.
