点评：Take the hour-long tour! It's definitely worth your time. You will get "a sampling" of what makes the CIA such a renowned culinary leader. First, you will be guided into a small auditorium and learn how the 5 basic ingredients can inspire all sorts of tastes. There is also a film that talks about the students, the school's history, and some of its famous graduates (you've seen them on the Food Network). You will then get a short walking tour from one of the students and see firsthand how the school operates, including learning about its three restaurants. If there is a secret ingredient to this school, it's the students and the staff. They are so courteous and kind to the public. You also quickly realize how talented these aspiring chefs and bakers are in viewing their colleagues' work. After the tour's over, you will definitely leave impressed and hungry!
