点评：Fabulous afternoon spent in the company of winery couple America and Nick Brewer. The vivacious and ebullient America led a tour of the vineyard telling stories of their journey from humble beginnings to award winning successes in wine making. Expect to participate in questions and fact finding and to be hands on in the opportunity for vine planting !!
The passion and love for their beautiful homestead which includes a Hobbit House (for rent) shines throughout the tour.
Nick provided further information on the history of wine making in this country and in particular their own techniques in blending their wines during the wine tasting itself. We bought the food platter with our wine tasting which helped absorb the wines.
And of course purchased our favourite sparkling Rose. I’m writing this pleasantly inebriated.
