Regular spa goer won’t be revisiting

Unfortunately our experience was not great. Being a regular spa goer we found that the facilities were new and good but service poor. Wild swimming dangerous as floor slippy and no one around to monitor for cold temp shock. Massage was not relaxing too long one hour on front too much pressure on face and in comfy face hole. Massage poor n just oiled up n touched. Used to more skill in massage and nice products. No explanation of orange wrist tie which was a shock. Women’s hands weee very shaky when massaging so wasn’t relaxing. Felt sorry for her as wondered why they weee shamed as I’m a nurse. Shakes hands on head not great when relaxing massage expected. Poor products nasty cheap shampoo n conditioner. Won’t be revisiting I’m afraid. Usual place much better quality and better customer service experience. Crap QR code service no decaf options.
