Watch out for the company behind this franchise -unethical practices

点评：This franchise has come to Germany and whilst the experience is great the company running it is not to be trusted and for us the experience started with a longer delay than what we were told and then the play had to be stopped and reset not once but twice due to malfunction
As a summary
We dis a faulty booking eg to the wrong town( website prompted if it can use location and even if we chose that we ended up booking in the wrong town. As it was xmas holiday no one could be reached before the day of the game and when we then reached a person and were able to cancel and promised a refund and thus then booked a new one in the right town. Two days later when I asked about the refund I was told by another one that I am not entitled to o e as I did not cancel in time
Add to this that we did the booking in english for a english game but got all the confirmation in german which we could not understand
So play experience great - customer experience and ethics of company running it is below judgement
