The go-karting itself was actually fun, and I was having a great time right until the end. It was my first time trying go-karts, and on the last lap I accidentally ended up on the grass. Nobody got hurt, nothing was damaged, and the place literally has safety instructions for what to do in that situation because it’s something that can happen.
What completely ruined the experience was the staff member who came to help us. Instead of simply doing his job and helping us back onto the track, he started yelling and speaking to me in a very aggressive way. I honestly couldn’t believe it. If you work at a go-kart track where beginners come to drive, people are going to make mistakes sometimes. That’s part of the job.
I don’t mind accidents. I don’t mind rules. I don’t even mind being corrected if I did something wrong. What I do mind is paying for an experience and then being shouted at by staff for an honest mistake.
Unfortunately, one employee managed to turn a really fun experience into one I won’t ever do again. Awful place!

我不介意发生意外。我不介意遵守规则。如果我做错了什么，我也不介意被纠正。我介意的是，花钱体验了一次卡丁车，却因为一个无心之失而被工作人员大声呵斥。
可惜的是，一个员工把一次原本非常有趣的体验变成了我再也不会去的噩梦。真是个糟糕的地方！
