Great Family Activity Near Chania
PistaPark - Go Kart Chania的点评
点评：We decided to stop by Pista Park Go Kart Racing during our day trip to Chania, and it turned out to be a great way to spend a couple of hours while waiting for the evening temperatures to cool down before heading into Old Town.
Our 18-year-old and 16-year-old sons each raced three times and absolutely loved it. My wife and I relaxed on the patio while they were out on the track, and we were both impressed by how well-maintained and professionally run the facility was. I enjoyed a refreshing Radler while my wife treated herself to some ice cream as we watched the races.
Before racing, the boys were each provided with a balaclava and a properly fitted racing helmet, which was a nice touch from both a hygiene and safety standpoint. They didn't have a single complaint and couldn't wait to get back out on the track after each race.
We purchased the three-race package, and we thought the pricing was very reasonable for the amount of track time they received. The staff all spoke English, making the check-in process and explaining the rules quick and easy. Our youngest was hoping to post a fast enough lap to qualify for the 400cc karts, but he just missed the cutoff. That only gave him another reason to want to come back!
Whether you're traveling with kids, teenagers, or adults, Pista Park is a fun stop and a great break from sightseeing. If we ever return to Crete, I think I'll have to get out on the track and race myself.
