Exceptional service, cannot recommend enough

点评：From the very first email to the very last day of our trip, their client service was impeccable. Every person we encountered was efficient, helpful and fast at responding. Arif, Daniel and Ntimi from the office answered every question and concern we had along the way. Since our trip was “bespoke”, it required good communication. The camps chosen were all good. We highly recommend both of our drivers, request them if you book with Good Earth! John in Kenya knew the parks by heart and even each animal’s specific territory within those parks. We pretty much saw every single animal, even elusive, in our first 3 days with him. He had a sixth sense for when we were ready to move on and excelled at positioning the jeep for the best pics. Moses in Tanzania has an encyclopedic knowledge of the flora and fauna (birds included). He shows no hesitation in naming anything and has interesting facts and information about all of them, it is phenomenal. He was a prudent driver and very engaging, generous in answering our questions about Tanzanian culture and curious about ours. All in all, we spent 13 days touring Kenya and Tanzania most famous parks with Good Earth and it was the trip of a lifetime. Definitely recommend using their services.
