点评：The museum is quite small, but beautifully maintained. It is remarkably clean, with exhibits on two floors clearly labelled, with small explanations of what one is seeing. There are some unique pieces such as a four foot monstrance, where it is encircled by a majestic bird mounted on a silver globe; a standing alms box held by an angel, and a fabulous coral and gold rosary. The ancient church within which it is housed makes the ambience calm and tranquil. The staff are polite and very helpful.
In terms of improvements, the website needs to be inspected as it hangs just before confirming a ticket booking. Several attempts to complete the process over two days were unsuccessful. The listed telephone number is also switched off through the day, so one cannot be sure whether the Museum is open or not. The cafe is prettily situated, and looks like a nice spot for tea and a snack, but it was unattended until 1230 am.
Overall, however, MOCA is a hidden jewel that is well worth a visit, especially by those who enjoy spiritual and temporal history and art.
