Rude staff, long wait, corruption

点评：Sky bridge
CORRUPTION!
do not go here unless you are ready to bribe the workers! We went for the cable car and went all the way to the top to go to the sky bridge. We was there at 11am was told the sky bridge was "closed" due to them only allowing 250 people at a time. Some people bought package deals which included the sky bridge and was turned away and was told it would open again (possibly not guaranteed) at 12:15 ... we purchased the ticket at the top. Was met with a rude ticket staff member who was on a lunch break from 11:15-12:15...weird. When we asked all the staff members if there was another person to serve was rudely told no. Then miraculously at 12:15 the ticket office opened and so did the sky bridge. Whilst waiting from 11am I looked around and took photos of the cable car ect.. THEN I saw people on the sky bridge with no one else there with drones and suitcases as if there was a photo shoot going on?! So they basically shut the whole bridge down for these people and fobbed us off and told us the was a capacity issue. THIS IS SO WRONG AND BAD SERVICE! I feel sorry for the people who came all this way and didn't get to go because they were told it was shut so they went back down...some even applied for refunds and some left very disappointed. See pictures below with times stamps.
