Do NOT go for ice skating lessons here!

点评：We have booked a block booking of ice skating lessons for my son with yourselves. We are requesting a refund please due to the following:
We arrived early, got my son ready in his skates and waited for the lesson to start. When it came to the lesson it just seemed like a free for all, there was no one coming over to meet any of the children. There was no structure and no head count no one had any idea what was going on all the children that were waiting just jumped on the ice and were off.
My son was stood around waiting for some sort of instruction we had no idea or clue as to what was happening. 10 minutes had passed and we still had no idea, no one was available to speak to. I had to walk on the ice and ask what was going on and who was the teacher and if they were going to come over to introduce themselves or to let my son know it was ok to come onto the ice as the lesson had started.
Once we had established who the teacher was a frame was provided for my son but then he was just left again on the ice with no assistance no one giving instruction or helping. He had no idea what was happening.
My son is autistic and this was a really bad experience for him which has caused him to break down and no longer wants to be on the ice. This is a big set back for my son who has been excited all week to start his skating lessons.
I have sent 6 emails since Friday (17.01.25) and have not received a single response! It is coming up to another day where he will be missing a lesson due to not wanting to go and you have not responded!
