点评：Prices have never bothered me as my daughter likes going, its not mega expensive with ice card, but gets more and more with skate hire and aids and cafe but these are optional
£5 Birthday skate a good idea until regular customers that have kept the lights over the years on feel disrespected (speaking for myself not everyone)
This is not aimed at Sam as she explained the situation well, however the pressure from higher management must be a tell.
I respect the drive for growth and I am not asking for special privilege either just the common courtesy and respect that what you pay for is what you get.
Most friday nights i help out the staff and bring skating aids back at the end of the night as its chaos , Ive never been told or under the impression that they are only hourly rentals so to be told in a session that is normally 11am-4.30pm that id have to give it back after an hour, when my young daughter obviously cant skate without it, and to be also told im not allowed to carry her when ive had the skating aid taken away, then shouted at to get off the ice before the scheduled 1.15 session has ended (1.14 its only a minute but its the principle) it screams upper management pressure to me
Im not trying to be difficult its just as a regular i thought id have earned at least little bit of respect.
