点评：A place where healers have come together to restore the healing capability of the body.
Spent a week at Kshemavana and every day was a delight. What impressed me most was the energy of the place and the attitude of the people. There was genuine care and intention to help.
Doctors, therapists, yoga teachers, physiotherapists were well qualified and experts in their domains. They all worked together to provide an amazing experience. Things were very well coordinated.
I also found people rotating across tasks. The person who will help me at physiotherapy session in the evening, will be there at 6.30 AM in the morning to help with the kriyas or be there at the food counter to serve food. Looked like a place where people were motivated and inspired to do their work as doing service to mankind.
The place also has a very good vaastu. The centre is very well designed with installed symbols from hindu mythology. These create a vibrant aura and positive energy.
Special mentions - Dr Keerthika (and her assistant), Dr Lyngdoh (the most awesome physio I have met ever), Dr Chethna, Amrit (massage therapist) and many more. Thank you so much.
