点评：I had a really good and memorable experience at this naturopathy centre. The overall environment is peaceful and gives you a wonderful opportunity to take a break from your regular routine and focus on your health and well-being.
The doctor Prasad sir was very supportive, approachable and took the time to understand my concerns. I really appreciated the guidance and care throughout my stay.
The yoga teachers were excellent. They were patient, encouraging and guided us properly during the sessions. Their positive attitude made the yoga sessions enjoyable and comfortable.
The interns were very friendly, polite and helpful. They were always ready to assist us whenever needed and regularly checked on our comfort. I truly appreciate their dedication and the way they interacted with everyone.
The food was one of the highlights of my stay. Everything was fresh, healthy and thoughtfully prepared. I especially loved the raw salads—they were excellent! They were fresh, colourful and had a good variety. The overall food was simple, nutritious and enjoyable.
The place itself has a peaceful and positive atmosphere, which makes it a lovely environment to relax and focus on yourself...

Overall, I am grateful for my experience here. A special thanks to the doctor, yoga teachers, interns and the entire team for their support and care. With a little more attention to housekeeping and washroom maintenance, I believe this place could provide an even better experience.
