Jurassic Creek Adventure Golf的点评
点评：Visited as a family of 5, chose here due to it being advertised as wheelchair friendly . Unfortunately this was not the case, a family member had to keep struggling to get out his chair so it could be lifted over areas. As we tried to navigate the first hole, to my astonishment a female member of staff ran over and told us if we were going to be slow then we would have to let the other groups go infront of us . We hadn’t caused a big backlog and hadnt been on that hole very long and were quite taken back, the group behind us kindly assured us they were happy for us to remain in front and also thought that what had been said to us was not warranted or acceptable. For the sake of my children we continued as best we could.
On leaving I felt it necessary to inform the member of staff concerned how uncomfortable and unwelcome we had been made to feel, especially given that any slowness was due to the fact the course was not in fact as wheelchair friendly as advertised. The response was far too defensive and instead of considering how awkward we had been made to feel on a family outing she proceeded to tell me about her bad day and anxiety which is very unprofessional. It’s a shame because the course itself is quite nice but the staff and misleading accessibility information have let it down.
