点评:Upon arrival I had to ring the bell to get in. The FD worker yells “what you want” after I said I have a reservation they let me in. The FD worker who checked me in was rude. “Give me your ID and CC” no greeting at all. It was additional workers having an inappropriate conversation. No instructions on how to park, restaurants, things to do. Asked about the pool/hot tub and she yells across the room “it ain’t ever opening back up” The rooms are so dirty/dusty. Towels have stains and pillow cases. As I was saying the room was dirty I received all attitude from the front desk workers (2 older women on 9/30 around 8:30pm) there was 2 other customers complaining they got bed bugs and that there room was dirty also. Bugs in the light, smears on the glass, the floor was not vacuumed properly, dried up food stains on the wall, and again to top it off the staff had the nerve to be so rude. I’m a Diamond member with Wyndham and used some of my points to book this property to receive a discounted rate since the rates were so high and it was a total waste. I expected way more. You sit on the couch and can see the dust build up around the lamp shade. Grease stains on the picture right behind the couch. Just nasty. This needs to be a motel. After spending as much as I did on this room
