点评：We booked a 10-day trip to Costa Rica (Arenal, Monteverde, and Manuel Antonio) with James and his team—and they absolutely delivered! Despite our last-minute decision to travel, James was incredibly responsive and accommodating.
Our family of two adults and one youth was looking for nature, wildlife, photography, and cultural experiences. James curated a thoughtful itinerary that included a sloth hike and scenic drive around Arenal, a night walk in Monteverde, and a boat trip in Manuel Antonio. Each day had a well-paced activity with enough downtime to explore on our own.
Even after the guided portion, James helped us plan DIY excursions in San José, including Doka Coffee Estate and Poás Volcano. Everything ran smoothly, and James was always available to troubleshoot minor hiccups. He was receptive to feedback, quick to offer other hotel options and alternate travel destinations when needed, and consistently attentive to our needs.
Planning a trip like this on short notice was no small feat, and we truly appreciated James’ positive attitude, expert advice, and personalized guidance.
