点评：Great brewery. Been here a handful of times. That said, f the people who work here/ own it. Twice last summer, was there with my kiddo. Not a problem at all sitting outside. I get it, it's 21 plus for these kid hating c...s. Not a law in waterbury, but a choice by them. Expand your space in a time when breweries, out of necessity, are allowing kids, this place is a hole in the wall that's too cool.
Went recently with the kiddo, it's now a problem, and it was dead there. I've spent a lot of money here including through a group I belong to. Never again. Within 2 years, they'll go under and won't be able to survive in a dying industry. Don't care how good the beer is. The best brewery in the world is an hour away, hill farmstead. Ditto the alchemist.. who needs this place?
