A lot needs to be done to raise your standards compared to the price you charging your customers

We were a family of 6 but we were very disappointed with our buffet lunch we had at the Savio Plantation on 5 Sept. eEery time we had to ask for a refill and the answer was ‘will check’ they also charged for waters and the spices we bought was very expensive, they said that a buffet would be served to us but every item served was limited n on requesting for a refill, we were told that only this much is available, to the extent tht even something like cucumber pieces as salad was also told to us tht they did not have more than the plate they served us.
At the price we paid there for 6 people, we went to a close by farm for an overnight stay n we paid approx the same amount for two deluxe room stay with full board meals as well included and we were very happy and satisfied. We had a really lovely stay with great meals offered to us n now we are on our way back home
I suggest Savio Plantations should work up to raise their standards to match what is available in n around them as they are lacking very much in all areas, specially ambience, food quantity, guest satisfaction.
Though the food quantity was not enough, the food taste was still acceptable n good . So our AVERAGE RATING, is more for the food taste only
