点评：We spent a truly lovely evening with friends at Feudi di San Gregorio, a restaurant that beautifully balances elegance with a relaxed atmosphere. The interior is modern yet deeply rooted in the local heritage—long ceramic worktables from the past have been thoughtfully transformed into dining tables, and a striking nest made of chestnut branches from nearby woods sits at the center of the dining room, offering a private dining experience surrounded by wine bottles. It’s a space that connects you to nature while celebrating tradition.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and gentle, making us feel comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout the evening.
We chose the 5-course tasting menu, and every dish was a delightful journey. From the marinated crudo di ricciola delicately infused with rose water, to the pork belly Merano style, the risotto with pepper imbottito, and the beef fillet that melted effortlessly in the mouth—each plate was a refined reinterpretation of traditional recipes, showcasing the power and subtlety of local ingredients. We ended with a beautifully balanced panna e fragole, a sweet and fresh finale.
The wine pairings were equally impressive. We started with a structured Fiano that complemented the first courses perfectly, followed by a glass of Taurasi, and finished with a glass of Privilegio - sweet wine that elevated the dessert.
