Rocky experience, Don't U-Pick
Rocky Creek Strawberry Farm的点评
点评：Been picking strawberries here for over 15 years but new owners have let the U-Pick down.
Now with a toddler I was so excited for 1st strawberry picking experience but the girl at ticket booth gave vague directions to field. No proper signage and not a single staff member in the fields to help direct. We arrived a few minutes after opening and a lot of us groups were looking for over 10 mins for the upick field only to stumble upon 20+ pickers already going for it. Only after 25 mins of us all picking did a tractor tell us we were in the wrong field but didn't say where to go. Probably 50 picking by that point.
We then had to walk an additional 10 mins to the furthest field and by then my toddler was asking me to pick them up and carry them. Felt like 1km from ticket booth!
Quality of strawberries was 50/50 you really had to work to find any fully red ones or ones without mould or bug eaten.
I won't be coming here again to pick.
This is such a difference to the Silvan farm we visited the day earlier for u-pick cherries where the staff were everywhere to help and guide if needed and went above and beyond to educate us.
Sunny Ridge was so great 10 years ago but unfortunately newly named Rocky Creek is not living up to this high standard. Go employ more staff in your fields and get more signs to help paying customers who don't have time to wander aimlessly.

这跟我们前一天去的西尔万农场（Silvan farm）的自助采摘樱桃体验截然不同。西尔万农场的工作人员随处可见，随时提供帮助和指导，而且非常热情地为我们讲解各种知识。
十年前的阳光岭农场（Sunny Ridge）非常棒，但可惜的是，现在改名为落基溪农场（Rocky Creek）后，已经达不到以前的高水准了。你们应该多雇佣一些工作人员，多设置一些指示牌，方便那些没有时间漫无目的地闲逛的付费顾客。
